25 Beaver Street Lobby

The 25 Beaver Lobby project was completed in two phases to allow for tenant access throughout construction. The AFC team created a phasing plan which allowed the lobby to remain open but also saved the client money by having all work completed during normal working hours. This project has two key features. The first is a fabric stretched ceiling lighting system that gives the appearance of an open sky. AllertonFox customized metal trim which is fully coordinated to embed the sprinkler system and security system. The second feature is the Terrazzo flooring which was mocked up until a 100% match was achieved to match the remaining building flooring.
