He not only took  the time to show me around and explain all the plans to me when I showed up unexpectedly on one occasion but also continued to call and update me of his own accord on the progress of the office construction.  I could also see by his interactions with the workers his high level of expectation that each job be done perfectly.

I leased an existing vacant 35,000 sq. ft. gym facility in Manhattan. I hired AllertonFox to assist with pre-construction services and project planning and then hired them knowing they could deal with the difficulties we were sure to encounter with the existing mechanical and design challenges.
