641 6th Avenue Sidewalk Vault

The 641 Sidewalk Vault spans approximately 3,000 SF and featured a full topping slab removal, abatement of waterproofing, structural slab removal, new structural steel beams, American Hydrotech Waterproofing system, new structural slab and sidewalk. Allertonfox performed probes and worked with the design team to value engineer the project. This resulted in hundreds of thousands in savings for the client.
