60 Broad Street Sidewalk Vault

Project Intro

The 60 Broad Street sidewalk vault project spanned over 20,000 Square Feet and included Beaver Street and New Street. This project consisted of a complete removal of the existing sidewalk and structural slab, infilling of over 40,000 cubic feet of vault space, installation of a fully warranteed Siplast waterproofing system, new structural and topping slabs. A key element was working alongside active New York Stock Exchange security and relocation of security booths and operations in phases to complete the work without compromising security.
