I have dealt with many GCs over the years but none have been as responsible, receptive and helpful as Joe throughout this entire process. He not only took the time to show me around and explain all the plans to me when I showed up unexpectedly on one occasion but also continued to call and update me of his own accord on the progress of the office construction. I could also see by his interactions with the workers his high level of expectation that each job be done perfectly.

Working in health care is difficult at best. I have known and worked with Terry Allerton since the late 1980s. We were both involved in an office and industrial project where I was the architect and he was the contractor. I leased an existing vacant 35,000 sq. ft. gym facility in Manhattan. I hired AllertonFox to assist with pre-construction services and project planning and then hired them knowing they could deal with the difficulties we were sure to encounter with the existing mechanical and design challenges.
