54 MacDougal was an out of the ground boutique residential building in the heart of SOHO. With a full basement planned this site was sandwiched between two buildings which were carefully monitored while Support of Excavation work was performed. The structural steel building featured decorative metals and brick to blend in old with new in the neighborhood.
